1. Scope of Services
This Schedule sets out the rates at which Timeless Relocation will perform subcontracted relocation work for the Prime Contractor across the United Arab Emirates. Services covered include packing, loading, transport, unloading, unpacking, and delivery of household furniture, office furniture, and personal effects. Pet relocation, vehicle shipping, livestock, and hazardous goods are not part of this Schedule.

How delivery-only jobs (item 2) are billed:
AED 50 / CBM (labour) + truck transport from items 3, 4 or 5 + long carry or staircase from items 6, 7 (only if they apply on site).

3. Measurement & Billing Basis
- Volume: CBM is measured on the actual loaded volume, agreed in writing before loading.
- Trucks: Transport rates are per one-way trip per truck.
- Surcharges: Long carry and staircase charges apply only when triggered on site, with photo evidence.
- VAT: All rates exclude UAE VAT, billed separately where applicable.
4. Working Terms
- Job confirmation: The Prime Contractor confirms each job in writing (email or WhatsApp) at least 24 hours before the move date, stating origin, destination, estimated CBM, access notes, and required date and time.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time incur 30% of the agreed job value.
- Handling & care: Timeless Relocation handles all goods with professional care. Any damage claim must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs.
- Quotation: A written quotation is issued by Timeless Relocation per job before work begins, referencing this Schedule.
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued by Timeless Relocation against each completed job, itemised against the rates above.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
(a) Rate confidentiality. The Prime Contractor agrees to keep the rates in this Schedule confidential and not to share them with any competing relocation service provider.
(b) Non-circumvention by Timeless. Timeless Relocation agrees not to approach, solicit, or accept direct business from end clients introduced by the Prime Contractor for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the last shared job.
These clauses survive termination of this Schedule.
6. Validity, Revision & Termination
- Validity: This Schedule remains in force until revised by Timeless Relocation.
- Rate revisions: Notified in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Termination: Either party may terminate by giving 30 days' written notice.
- Jobs in progress: Jobs confirmed before the termination date are completed at the agreed rates.
